Refund Policy

Returns: Customers may return products within 30 days of delivery date. All returns must be authorized in advance, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. The fee will be deducted from the refund or credit issued.

Freight Charges: The customer is responsible for all applicable freight charges, including original shipping costs and return shipping fees.

Condition of Returns: All returned items will be inspected prior to approval. Items that are damaged or missing components may be subject to additional fees or may be deemed non-returnable.

Refund Processing: Approved returns will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt and inspection. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit.

Factory Warranty: All products sold are covered under their respective manufacturer’s factory warranty d adhere to industry-standard warranty terms. Warranty coverage, duration, and conditions vary by manufacturer and product type. Customers are responsible for reviewing the specific warranty terms provided by the manufacturer. Any warranty claims, repairs, or replacements will be submitted to the manufacturer in accordance with their policies. We do not provide additional warranties beyond the manufacturer’s coverage. All warranty determinations and resolutions are subject to the manufacturer’s discretion.
